Classes

• Reiki Ist Degree Training  Classes held monthly or by request.           Friday 6pm-10pm continuing Saturday 9-5pm. $150
• Reiki II Degree Training Classes held upon request. Reiki I  is a prerequisite. 

• Yoga   Monday's 5:45-6:45. Instructor: Diane Boeck

• Zumba  Tuesday's   5-6pm.  6 sessions  $45

• Insight Summit—Richard Casey Fri. 6-10pm,Sat. 9am-5pm  $150Game format—4-8 participants are guided to explore aspects of  their life to reveal strengths and weaknesses to gain insights and Awareness. Journals will be provided.  Register at www.caseycoaching.com
