Natural Pathways is truly the Reiki Center of Bloomington/Normal.  With very few exceptions, all of our practitioners are attuned to Reiki.  It is our

common healing bond. 

<empty>Karen Ridinger is an accomplished Usui Reiki Master, serving over 300 students and practitioners in the United States.  She received her first and second level attunements from Reiki Master, Sister Anne Mathieu OSF, at St. Johns Hospital, the Center for Mind/Body Medicine in Springfield, Illinois.  Deepening her life commitment to Reiki, she apprenticed 4 years  in mastery under the guidance of Reiki Master, Richard Casey. 

Karen is the owner of Natural Pathways Holistic Center and Reiki ReSource.  In addition to her healing practice of Reiki sessions, Karen hosts regular Reiki Circles and offers monthly Reiki I and Reiki II trainings at Natural Pathways.
